Cardinal Robert Prevost elected new Pope

Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost of the United States has been elected the 267th pope and is expected to appear shortly on the balcony of St. Peter’s Basilica as the new spiritual leader of the world’s 1.4 billion Catholics.

At 69 years old and originally from Chicago, Illinois, Prevost becomes the first pope from the United States. He has chosen the papal name Leo XIV.

“After the buzz of ‘Ramadan’ faded, I became depressed at some point,” he said.
The singer, however, expressed confidence that the song will regain popularity during the next Ramadan, calling it “evergreen.”
Tolibian also vowed to keep pushing until he lands his next big hit.
