Russian drone kills Ukrainian family pre-ceasefire

A Russian unmanned aircraft deployed in southern Ukraine killed three members from the same family thus causing an uproar in Kyiv just before talks between Russia and Ukraine and the US began.
The Ukrainian and Russian officials will conduct individual talks with US representatives in Saudi Arabia on Monday while a Ukrainian senior official hopes to achieve minimum steps toward cease-fire implementation to end air raids and sea operations.

An AFP photographer reported seeing rescue personnel sorting through a bombed building wreckage while night mist drifted with smoke at the strike location.
