Suddenly, the police inspector fired at bystanders, hitting three individuals. One of the victims, 41-year-old Ijeoma Wilson Obot, did not survive her injuries. The other two, Charles Mkpang and an unidentified individual, are receiving medical treatment and remain in stable condition.
