Ebira community demands Senator Natasha’s recall

Members of Ebira Community through the Kogi Central Elites Forum started the recall process of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan and maintain their decision to recall her home.
The President of this forum Alh. Ibrahim Abdulazeez signed a statement which declared the recall process initiated by them. The constituents plan to maintain the recall process because Senator Natasha created both national and international embarrassment according to Ibrahim Abdulazeez who serves as president along with Secretary Prince Akerejola Johnson
Ebira native people strongly reject allegations that the Kogi Central National Assembly Representative Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan recall procedure lacks support from majority voters within the area.
An overwhelming number of Kogi Central natives have decided to remove their senator through established constitutional procedures.
People should not listen to the mischievous suggestion from Natasha’s few supporters who claim others were deceived to participate in the recall elections.
These recall activities have no backing from any outside party. Most residents from our territory stand behind this movement. As the Ebiras passed down through history we know the people cannot fall victim to deception. The actions of this senator have primarily consisted of propaganda activities. Many social media supporters of her early on have shifted to opposing views since that time. It is unacceptable to compromise Nigeria and Edo State for the individualistic behavior of a youthful senator seeking his own interests.
This recall movement has no funding support from any source and there is wide public agreement about its objectives. Most members of our population stand together on this movement. According to our documented heritage the Ebiras never allow themselves to be misled. Almost everything the senator has achieved amounts to publicity and media attention. The majority of us who backed her previous campaign on social media now choose to dissociate from her side. The state’s integrity combined with Nigeria’s welfare deserves better than what a senator brings through his youthful selfish behavior.

Taking a seat assignment within the Senate should not result in such extensive national discourse about sexual harassment since all evidence points toward blackmail. Ebiraland does not represent such unwanted behavior.
The constituents explained to media that INEC lacked a formal position during the signature gathering stage because it was part of the grassroots effort. Petitioners alongside constituents carry out the entire recall process. The required threshold must be achieved first by the presenting party before seeking official verification from INEC. This is where INEC comes in.
Ebira people unite behind the mission to welcome Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan home. Residing in her constituency represents an opportunity for Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan to master basic skills of effective representation.

The daughter of our community would never accept intimidation so it is beyond our understanding why anyone would try to threaten her. The Senator violated Senate rules of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by disrespecting its official procedures and using unprecedented information methods that deviated from Senate protocols.
Our investigation produced truthful information about the situation. The legislator should return to Nigeria to understand proper lawmaking practices. Building content remains secondary to the matters at hand despite what many people mention.
Recall that the National Assembly has been hit by allegations of sexual harassment against Senate President Godswill Akpabio after Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan refused to respect the Senate rules and was penalised.
