Justin Bieber breaks silence on Diddy sexual assault allegations

Justin Bieber, 31, has finally addressed rumors linking him to Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, 55.
Fans have long expressed concern that Bieber may have been abused by the disgraced rapper during his early music career.
In 2024, a resurfaced video showed a young Bieber, then a minor, spending “48 hours” with Combs while working on an album together.

On Thursday, May 15, just days after Combs’s sex trafficking trial began, Bieber’s spokesperson released a statement responding to the speculation.

They told TMZ:
Although Justin is not among Sean Combs’ victims, there are individuals who were genuinely harmed by him.
Shifting focus away from this reality detracts from the justice these victims rightfully deserve.
Combs’ trial began in New York on Monday, May 12, where he faces charges including racketeering, sex trafficking, and transporting individuals for prostitution.
He has denied all accusations and could face a life sentence if found guilty.
Combs played a role in Bieber’s rise to fame, having mentored Usher, who signed the Canadian star at age 14 after Scooter Braun discovered him.
A source previously told Us Weekly that Bieber “wants to protect himself” and is “completely disgusted” by the allegations.

In a 2010 video, a 16-year-old Bieber appears visibly uneasy as Combs questions why they no longer spend time together.
Despite past concerns, the two remained connected over the years, with Justin featuring on Diddy’s 2023 track “Moment” from The Love Album: Off the Grid.
A source told the Daily Mail: “Bieber is so disturbed by the Diddy news and is unwilling to process it or discuss it, so he has shut off.”
They also noted that Bieber deeply regrets their recent collaboration and would have never participated had he been aware of Combs’ alleged criminal actions.
