
Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona have booked their places in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
Despite a 3-2 loss to Aston Villa on Tuesday, newly-crowned Ligue 1 champions PSG advanced, thanks to their 3-1 win in the first leg at the Parc des Princes, sealing a 5-4 aggregate victory.

At Villa Park, PSG raced to a two-goal lead through Achraf Hakimi and Nuno Mendes, but the hosts responded with determination. Youri Tielemans deflected strike gave Villa hope, followed by a stunning curling effort from John McGinn. Ezri Konsa added a composed finish, but it wasn’t enough to overturn the deficit.

Meanwhile, Barcelona fell 3-1 to Borussia Dortmund in their second leg but still moved through to the final four with a 5-3 aggregate score.
PSG will meet the winner of the Real Madrid vs Arsenal clash, while Barcelona awaits the victor of Inter Milan vs Bayern Munich.
